Coastal Flood Advisory issued September 21 at 7:38AM EDT until September 21 at 2:00PM EDT by NWS Charleston SC * WHAT...Up to one half foot of inundation above ground level expected along shorelines and tidal waterways (between 9.8 to 10.0 feet Mean Lower Low Water at Fort Pulaski). * WHERE...Beaufort, Coastal Jasper, and coastal southeast Georgia. * WHEN...Until 2 PM EDT this afternoon. * IMPACTS...Saltwater inundation will impact some roads. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...High tide will occur around 11:19 AM today at Fort Pulaski. Saltwater inundation will be possible 1 to 2 hours before and after high tide. If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may be closed. Do not drive around barricades or through water of unknown depth. Take the necessary actions to protect flood-prone property.
