ฝนตกหนัก ภาคเหนือและภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนบนมีฝนตกหนักมากบางพื้นที่ ส่วนภาคกลางตอนบน ภาคตะวันออก และภาคใต้ตอนล่างมีฝนตกหนักบางแห่ง ทั้งนี้เนื่องจากร่องมรสุมกำลังค่อนข้างแรงพาดผ่านภาคเหนือ และภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนบน เข้าสู่หย่อมความกดอากาศต่ำบริเวณเกาะไหหลำ ประเทศจีน ประกอบกับมรสุมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้กำลังปานกลางพัดปกคลุมทะเลอันดามัน ภาคใต้ ภาคกลาง ภาคตะวันออก และอ่าวไทย ในขณะที่มีแนวพัดสอบของลมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้และลมฝ่ายตะวันออกบริเวณอ่าวไทยตอนล่าง และภาคใต้ตอนล่าง สำหรับคลื่นลมบริเวณทะเลอันดามันและอ่าวไทยมีกำลังปานกลาง โดยทะเลอันดามันตั้งแต่จังหวัดพังงาขึ้นมา และอ่าวไทยตอนบน มีคลื่นสูง 1-2 เมตร ส่วนทะเลอันดามันตั้งแต่จังหวัดภูเก็ตลงไป และอ่าวไทยตอนล่างมีคลื่นสูงประมาณ 1 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร ขอให้ประชาชนในบริเวณดังกล่าวระวังอันตรายจากฝนตกหนักถึงหนักมากและฝนที่ตกสะสม ซึ่งอาจทำให้เกิดน้ำท่วมฉับพลันและน้ำป่าไหลหลาก โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่ลาดเชิงเขาใกล้ทางน้ำไหลผ่านและพื้นที่ลุ่มไว้ด้วย ขอให้ชาวเรือในบริเวณดังกล่าวเดินเรือด้วยความระมัดระวังและหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินเรือในบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองไว้ด้วย
