ฝนตกหนัก ภาคเหนือ ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ภาคกลาง ภาคตะวันออก และภาคใต้ มีฝนตกหนักถึงหนักมากบางพื้นที่ ทั้งนี้เนื่องจากเมื่อเวลา 16.00 น. ของวันนี้ (20 ก.ย. 67) พายุดีเปรสชัน “ซูลิก” ได้อ่อนกำลังลงเป็นหย่อมความกดอากาศต่ำกำลังแรงปกคลุมบริเวณภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนบนแล้ว ประกอบกับมรสุมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้กำลังแรงพัดปกคลุมทะเลอันดามัน ภาคใต้ ภาคตะวันออก และอ่าวไทย  สำหรับคลื่นลมบริเวณทะเลอันดามันและอ่าวไทยตอนบนมีกำลังแรง โดยมีคลื่นสูง 2-4 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 4 เมตร อ่าวไทยตอนล่างมีคลื่นสูงประมาณ 2 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองและห่างฝั่งคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร ขอให้ประชาชนในบริเวณดังกล่าวระวังอันตรายจากฝนตกหนักถึงหนักมากและฝนที่ตกสะสม ซึ่งอาจทำให้เกิดน้ำท่วมฉับพลันและน้ำป่าไหลหลาก โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่ลาดเชิงเขาใกล้ทางน้ำไหลผ่าน และพื้นที่ลุ่ม ไว้ด้วย ขอให้ชาวเรือในบริเวณดังกล่าวเดินเรือด้วยความระมัดระวังและหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินเรือ ในบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนอง ส่วนเรือเล็กบริเวณทะเลอันดามันและอ่าวไทยตอนบนควรงดออกจากฝั่งในระยะนี้ไว้ด้วย

People in these areas should beware of heavy to very heavy rains and accumulation that may cause flash floods and overflows, especially along foothills near waterways and lowlands.
