Discussion: Heavy rain is expected to begin tonight as a strong low pressure system moves into the area. The heavy rain will taper to light rain Wednesday morning before ending Wednesday afternoon. In addition, strong easterly winds gusting up to 70 km/h will develop tonight and then become southerly Wednesday morning. Winds will diminish Wednesday evening. Loose objects may be tossed by the wind and cause injury or damage. Utility outages may occur.
