Discussion: Heavy rain continues as a strong low pressure system moves into northwestern Ontario. The heavy rain will taper to light rain this afternoon before ending this evening. In addition, strong northerly winds gusting up to 70 km/h today will become westerly this afternoon. Winds will diminish this evening. Loose objects may be tossed by the wind and cause injury or damage. Utility outages may occur.
