Discussion: Heavy rain is expected to begin this evening as a strong low pressure system moves into the area. The heavy rain will taper to light rain Wednesday afternoon before ending Wednesday evening. In addition, strong easterly winds gusting up to 70 km/h will develop tonight and then become southerly Wednesday morning. Winds will diminish Wednesday evening. Loose objects may be tossed by the wind and cause injury or damage. Utility outages may occur.
