The heavy rain will taper to light rain Wednesday afternoon before ending Wednesday evening. In addition, strong northerly winds gusting up to 70 km/h will develop tonight and then become westerly Wednesday afternoon. Winds will diminish Wednesday evening. Loose objects may be tossed by the wind and cause injury or damage. Utility outages may occur.
