Total rainfall: 60 to 80 mm, except locally 100 mm or more in areas of heaviest rain. Time span: this morning through Tuesday night. Remarks: Rain will continue today before easing in intensity this evening. The rain will become heavy at times overnight tonight or early Tuesday morning before tapering off Tuesday night. Rainfall rates of 10 to 15 mm per hour may occur over some locations. ### Heavy downpours can cause flash floods and water pooling on roads.
