Flows in rivers may increase quickly and reach critical levels. Potential for mud and rockslides is decreasing as heavier precipitation moves east. * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall and snowmelt continues to be possible. * WHERE...A portion of west central Idaho, including the following areas, Boise Mountains and West Central Mountains. * WHEN...Until midnight MDT tonight. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in minor flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams are especially susceptible and may rise out of their banks. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - River gauges are showing an upward trend in crest height. Gauge LPFI1 near Little Payette Lake is currently cresting at 10.02 ft and climbing, which breaks the record of 9.19 ft set in 1948.
