Flows in rivers may increase quickly and reach critical levels. * WHAT...Minor flooding caused by rain and snowmelt continues to be possible. * WHERE...A portion of west central Idaho, including the following areas, Boise Mountains and West Central Mountains. * WHEN...Through Monday evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Forecast storm total rainfall is just under an inch in mountain valleys and up to 2-3 inches on ridges. Snowmelt will augment rainfall amounts, especially in high terrain.
