Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Thunderstorms are expected to move into eastern Oklahoma this evening and spread east and southward overnight. Locally heavy rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected primarily across portions of eastern Oklahoma. Recent heavy rainfall will allow any additional heavy rains to lead to rapid onset flooding.
