Localized higher totals are possible at higher elevations of Lassen and Plumas Counties. * WHERE...Lassen-Eastern Plumas-Eastern Sierra Counties. * WHEN...From 5 PM Sunday to 5 AM PDT Monday. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery and snow covered road conditions, including: Little Truckee Summit, Yuba and Fredonyer Passes.
